We are currently hiring for the position of Design Engineer – Electrical with a well-established engineering and project services organization operating across the Middle East. The company specializes in delivering large-scale Oil & Gas, EPC, and infrastructure projects with a strong focus on engineering excellence, quality compliance, and timely project execution.

Job Details:

• Job Title: Design Engineer – Electrical
• Location: Dammam , Saudi Arabia
• Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC

Role Overview:

The role involves detailed electrical design, preparation of engineering deliverables, and ensuring compliance with client standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review:
• GA (General Arrangement) drawings
• SLDs (Single Line Diagrams)
• Cable schedules and interconnection diagrams
• BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards such as:
• SAEP-126
• 16-SAMSS-514
• Design and integrate:
• DSS2 systems
• PSA systems
• OHTL fault monitoring systems
• Communication interface layouts
• Develop and issue:
• IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings
• As-Built documentation packages
• Ensure documentation compliance with:
• SAEP-122
• SAES-T-916
• Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and clients for design approvals and revisions

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical design within Oil & Gas / EPC projects
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards (SAEP, SAMSS, SAES)
• Hands-on experience in preparing SLDs, GA drawings, and BOQs
• Experience with protection panels and system integration
• Familiarity with IFC and As-Built documentation processes
• Strong attention to detail and compliance-driven approach
