Electrical Design Engineer (Substation)

Key Responsabilités:

• Design, develop, and review electrical systems and components, including detailed electrical schematics, single line diagrams, and layouts using CAD software.
• Conduct simulations, design reviews, and testing to validate the performance and safety of electrical designs, ensuring compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and regulations.
• Participate in design reviews, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and Site Technical Coordination Meetings to discuss contractor submissions and construction-related matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with higher officers and clients regarding design progress, deviations, and interface points.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the client's manufacturing and production teams, and assist in any interface requirements with the Office.
• Prepare, maintain, and review documentation for all electrical designs and modifications, including contractor's design documents and procedures.
• Monitor and control various site jobs related to electrical works and stringing through proper site supervision and quality control, ensuring adherence to approved methods, specifications, and agreed time frames.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and technology.
