Sales Engineer MEP and FLS Systems

Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new construction and maintenance contracts in the MEP sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility owners.
- Conduct site visits, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Represent the company in meetings, tenders, and presentations.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering .
- one year of proven sales experience in MEP contracting, system installation and services in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Firefighting, Fire Alarm, and Plumbing systems.
- Demonstrated ability to independently bring new clients and close large contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Established network within the construction industry is a strong advantage.
