Electrical Engineer

Candidzone is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for a consultancy project in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong electrical engineering experience, a relevant degree, UPDA Grade B certification, and proven experience working within a consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and monitor electrical works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other disciplines.
• Inspect electrical installations and identify discrepancies or non-conformities.
• Review technical submissions, shop drawings, and materials.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain proper project documentation.
• Support quality and technical compliance throughout the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven consultancy experience.
• Valid UPDA Grade B certification.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction standards, and project documentation.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
