Cornerstone Development is looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our construction team for our residential compound projects in the New Administrative Capital .

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute all electrical works on site (low voltage, lighting, power, panels, earthing, etc.)
- Review and ensure compliance with approved electrical drawings and technical specifications
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and finishing teams to avoid clashes and delays
- Oversee installation of electrical systems in residential buildings (apartments, common areas, parking, landscape lighting)
- Monitor subcontractors performance and ensure quality standards
- Conduct inspections and testing before handover
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project timelines
Requirements:
- 57 years of experience in construction projects
Strong background in residential buildings, compound projects, and infrastructure works (roads, utilities, and site services)
- Solid technical knowledge of electrical systems and site execution
- Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams efficiently
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
