Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer

We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer to support electrical engineering activities while ensuring product, process, and system quality. The role combines electrical engineering knowledge with quality assurance practices to ensure designs, components, production processes, and finished products meet technical, safety, reliability, and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities include reviewing electrical designs, schematics, specifications, and technical documentation, supporting testing and troubleshooting activities, and identifying opportunities for design and process improvements. The role also involves developing and maintaining quality inspection procedures, conducting inspections and tests, analyzing quality issues, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

The Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and other teams to resolve technical and quality issues, monitor compliance with applicable standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires accurate documentation, systematic problem-solving, and effective communication throughout the product development and production process.

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuit design, electrical components, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of quality control, inspection methods, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
• Familiarity with quality management systems, ISO standards, and engineering or industry standards is an advantage.
• Ability to perform electrical testing, analyze technical data, and identify product or process issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with engineering, testing, or quality-related software is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with engineering, production, suppliers, and other departments.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills with a systematic approach to problem resolution.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies, quality methods, standards, and engineering practices.
