Job Purpose:
We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to support refinery Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) systems reliability and integrity. The role focuses on maintenance excellence, reliability improvement, and safe operation in line with Saudi Aramco standards and company requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 3-10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Refinery sector (maintenance-focused).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems maintenance in industrial environments.
- Exposure to project execution environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, develop, and optimize E&I equipment maintenance strategies based on OEM and performance requirements.
- Analyze current and historical equipment data to improve reliability and availability.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Support project activities including design reviews, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and energization.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date E&I documentation, procedures, and specifications. Liaise between Maintenance and Projects teams during MOC and execution phases.
- Review spare parts strategies and maintenance job plans.
- Support contractors and vendors in compliance with safety and company standards.
