Electrical Engineer

Job Title: Electrical Engineer - O&M (Saudi National)

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree / Graduate in Electrical Engineering.

• Professional Registration: Valid Certification from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

• Overall Experience: Minimum 5+ years of total experience in electrical engineering.

• Renewable Experience: 1–2 years of specific experience in renewable energy, with a strong focus on Solar O&M ecosystems.

Location: Wadi Ad Dawasir

Salary: SAR 8,000 (Gross per month)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Saudi National Electrical Engineer to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our solar power assets.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Oversee routine operations, preventive maintenance, and corrective troubleshooting of site electrical systems.

• Perform basic and advanced electrical maintenance on transformers, switchgears, inverters, and distribution panels.

• Monitor solar array performance metrics, tracking faults via SCADA systems, and maintaining PV field.

• Conduct regular diagnostics, voltage checks, and insulation testing to minimize plant downtime.

• Ensure all field maintenance activities strictly adhere to local safety regulations and company HSE standards.
