What You Will Be Doing
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and review Electrical maintenance work within a discipline on the plant and assignment.
- Supervise the day-to-day maintenance technical work of technician, specialists, and suppliers.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports in accordance with approved procedures and holds career development discussions.
- Prepare or oversee the preparation of discipline estimates and work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Estimate staffing needs and schedules and assign work to meet schedule dates and maintenance plan.
- Ensure that the technicians are receiving appropriate on-the-job training for their professional development.
- Promote the creation of a work environment, supported by leadership.
- Assist in the preparation of operations manuals in terms of electrical requirements.
- Coordinate with client representatives to obtain approvals on work when it is accomplished.
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering /Electrical Section
- From 0-2 years of experience in startup, operation, or other relevant experience in maintenance engineer, construction, field engineering, or plant operation in industrial or process facilities
- Previous experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment section
- Broad knowledge PLC and SCADA system, able to carry out the required maintenance activities
- Broad knowledge of Schneider, Allan Bradley and Siemens PLC, SCADA, and operating system
- Broad knowledge of Schneider MCCs, LV and MV Switchgears
- Broad knowledge with Enders-Houser instrumentation, level, and flow meters
- Good knowledge of industry or regulatory electrical standards and maintenance criteria pertinent to wastewater treatment plant and equipment operations
