Electrical Engineer (UAE National)

About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Engineer (Emirati) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their engineering career by gaining hands-on experience in electrical systems, project execution, maintenance, and technical operations within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Support engineering projects by preparing technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders as required.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from a recognized university.
• Fresh Graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and other engineering software is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
