Duties And Responsibilities
Perform periodic preventive maintenance on machines to ensure operational efficiency and provide rapid response to daily breakdowns, ensuring production line continuity.
Work closely with the direct manager to develop maintenance plans and schedules and coordinate with the technical team to ensure compliance.
Continuously monitor and inspect machines, and repair any faults during operation.
Directly supervise technicians, analyze recurring breakdowns, propose appropriate corrective solutions to prevent recurrence, and submit required reports to the direct manager.
Coordinate with the Purchasing Department regarding the request and procurement of spare parts, equipment, and materials required for maintenance activities.
Review issued spare parts with the storekeeper and ensure completion of maintenance work orders.
Ensure availability of essential spare parts for production machines to enable quick response to breakdowns and maintain uninterrupted operations.
Participate in preparing modifications and project requirements, including new production lines.
Programming and reprogramming of machines (if applicable).
Comply with and follow occupational health & safety, food safety, and company regulations during work
Prepare required reports as requested, including ISO-related reports (preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, maintenance schedules, infrastructure, and machine life cards).
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- Previous knowledge and experience with SMI production machines.
- Ability to work with ERP systems.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in the same field.
