Operates Estimation software and updates tendering log.
Provides basic rate build-up.
Visualizes drawings and conceptualizes mentally in 3D.
Generates and follows-up on RFI and RFQ.
Prepares comparison sheet per item.
Prepares complete scope breakdown:
- Differentiates scope.
- Calculates quantity.
- Provides accurate unit rate.
Understands components of a whole tender document.
Understands sequence of constructing project.
Suggests reasonable supplier/subcontractor discount levels for manager's approval.
Assists in developing techniques/strategies to expedite the overall process of tendering starting from quantity surveying to completing the Estimation Sheets.
Diligently manages proper tender document administration of one/two full tender.
Maintains a transparent and methodical approach to RFI and RFQ management of one/two full tender.
Verifies the correct scope, quantities and rates of the estimate of one tender.
Authorizes credible comparison sheets of one tender.
Demonstrates knowledge in filling a BOQ.
Provides Chief/Senior Estimator with relevant info to prepare Tender Review Pack.
Translates studies done for value analysis into value engineering of one tender.
Identifies the Contradictions, Drawings Vs. Specifications Vs. BOQ.
Identifies the critical items in the projects which require support/advice from Operations division and highlight to Chief Estimator in advance.

B.SC in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) OR B.SC in Quantity Surveying.
