Job Overview
IIQAF Group is hiring an experienced
Electrical Foreman in Dubai for our growing construction projects across the UAE. We are looking for a skilled
Construction Electrical Foreman with strong site supervision experience in commercial and residential building projects.
If you have hands-on experience in
electrical installation, MEP coordination, site supervision, cable laying, panel installation, and troubleshooting, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily electrical site activities in construction projects
- Lead and monitor electricians, helpers, and subcontractors
- Ensure proper electrical installation works as per approved drawings
- Handle LV electrical systems, cable tray installation, wiring, switchgear, panels, DB installation
- Coordinate with MEP team, project engineers, and site managers
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE electrical standards
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Monitor project progress and meet deadlines
- Ensure workplace safety and follow HSE guidelines
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and resolve technical issues
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of MEP works, commercial building electrical systems, residential electrical projects
- Experience in high-rise building projects preferred
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical schematics
- Knowledge of DEWA standards and Dubai construction regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
- Immediate joiners preferred
