In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of electrical installations on various construction sites throughout the region.
- Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems and components on construction sites to ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications for accuracy and adherence to regulations
- Perform comprehensive tests on electrical installations using specialized equipment to verify safety and functionality
- Identify and document electrical deficiencies, code violations, and potential safety hazards
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve electrical issues and ensure timely project completion
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all inspections and findings
- Stay up-to-date with changes in electrical codes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to improve electrical safety and efficiency on construction sites
- Participate in pre-construction meetings to discuss electrical requirements and potential challenges
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE electrical standards and regulations
- Travel to various construction sites within the UAE as required
