Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Requirements

o Industrial electrical maintenance.

o Automation systems.

o Instrumentation and control systems.

o Industrial electrical power systems.

* Strong hands-on experience in:

o Medium and low voltage systems.

o Electrical distribution and control systems within industrial plants.

* Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of:

o Siemens PLC

(S7-300 / S7-400 / S7-1200)

o Siemens HMI

o VSD / Inverters

* Minimum of 5–7 years of practical experience in the following fields:

* Previous experience in heavy industries or manufacturing plants .

* Strong leadership personality capable of efficiently managing technical

teams.

* Team player with the ability to technically develop and support the

maintenance team.

* Strong analytical, learning, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication, follow-up, and technical reporting skills.

* Highly committed, responsible, and professionally disciplined personality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems and production equipment

-Troubleshoot electrical and automation issues to minimize downtime

-Monitor and maintain PLCs, HMIs, inverters, and control panels

- Support continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and machine efficiency

-Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth plant operations

-Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures

- Prepare maintenance reports and follow up on spare parts requirements

-Lead and support technicians during maintenance activities and breakdowns
