Adhere to 5S standards, safety, and occupational health in the workplace, ensuring that employees comply with these standards and follow up on resolving internal audit observations.
Work on improving the efficiency of the technical team, motivating them to perform their work, and solving any issues they face in the process.
Monitor the progress of daily maintenance operations (preventive, corrective, projects, and installations) with the engineer and section supervisor.
Review the monthly fault analysis, evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of the solutions implemented, and continuously improve the ongoing processes.
Develop an electrical preventive maintenance plan for each machine according to the standards set by the maintenance manager and work on improving it.
Monitor electricity consumption daily, ensure that it does not exceed the allowed limits, investigate the reasons for any excess, and ensure that the issues are resolved.
Create backup copies of all machine operating programs.
Design electrical loads for new equipment and electrical panels for new projects.
Develop a predictive maintenance plan and machine condition monitoring and follow up on its implementation.
Monitor the achievement of performance standards for the department to ensure that the set objectives are being met.
Prepare a list of strategic spare parts for each machine and maintain their stock.
Create purchase requests for strategic parts exceeding 10,000 EGP and follow up on their approval.
Set the permissible limits for stock levels (Minimum and Maximum Stock) according to the directions of the maintenance manager.
Conduct risk assessments for each maintenance process and review them with the safety manager.
Develop work instructions for each maintenance process (Failure coding and C.M. work instructions) and ensure that technicians adhere to them.
Discuss non-compliance reports related to maintenance with the quality manager.
Provide solutions to help improve and facilitate production processes and workflows.
Conduct internal audits to ensure that the work meets the requirements of total quality and ISO standards.
Contribute to defining the specifications of new machines with the maintenance manager.
Develop a shutdown maintenance plan (Shut Down maintenance) and follow up on its implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
10 years or more of experience in the same field.
Must have Excellent knowledge in Manufacturing, Metal Operations Industry.
Knowledge of modern maintenance systems such as RCM, FMEA, MMS.
Complete knowledge of modern automation systems.
Full knowledge of various types of variable speed drives (VSD).
Complete knowledge of different types of special motors.
Full knowledge of protection and electrical power systems.
