Job description

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

oversees all electrical maintenance

activities within a facility, ensuring safe,

efficient, and cost-effective operation of

electrical systems. This role involves

supervising a team of electricians and

technicians, coordinating preventive and

corrective maintenance and

troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance

with safety and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of:

Industrial electrical systems

Troubleshooting electrical/electronic

equipment

Preventive Maintenance (PM) systems

Familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems is a

plus

Good leadership, communication, and

team management skills

Ability to read electrical drawings and

manuals.

Must be familiar with solid handling

unit/conveyors/shiploading

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering

(B.E./B.Tech preferred)

8+ years of experience in electrical

maintenance, with 4+ years in Supervisory role
