Role Description

  • Identify, engage, and create new business opportunities to establish a sustainable pipeline.
  • Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential (new) clients.
  • Conduct high-quality customer meeting
  • Technical Analysis: Provide expert technical support and consultation to clients on selecting the most appropriate types of pumps and valves for their project requirements..
  • Market Study: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with the Engineering, Technical Support, and After-Sales service teams to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on sales activity, forecasts, and performance results.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
  • Experience: A minimum of [3-5 years] of proven experience in sales of Pumps, Valves, or related industrial equipment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep technical knowledge of engineering principles and the types and applications of pumps (centrifugal, well, positive displacement, etc.) and valves (gate, globe, ball, butterfly, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Drive: Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
  • License: A Valid driving license is required.
  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales techniques
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving client issues
  • Ability to build client relationships and understand customer needs effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Experience in water management, irrigation systems, or a similar industry is preferred
  • Willingness to travel
