JLW is looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to join our team on a large-scale data center project in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project execution in accordance with contract drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Coordinate site activities with the engineering team, HSE, and commissioning teams.
- Review and manage technical submittals, material approvals, and shop drawings.
- Oversee electrical systems such as LV, MV, UPS, generators, lighting, BMS, grounding, fire alarms, and containment.
- Ensure testing, commissioning, and quality assurance of all critical power infrastructure.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 712 years of relevant experience, preferably in data center or mission-critical projects.
- Familiarity with Dubai authority regulations, ESTIDAMA, and LEED compliance.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience coordinating MEP rooms (LV, ETS, HVAC, IDF, Server).
- Knowledge of QA/QC and commissioning procedures.
