Job Description

  • Role - Sales Engineer Oil & Gas
  • Type - Outsourced
  • Contract - long term

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within upstream, midstream, and downstream oil & gas sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, RFQs, and tenders.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

Technical Support

  • Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to clients.
  • Interpret client specifications, drawings, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure solution feasibility.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations.

Client & Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, oil companies, and industrial clients.
  • Attend site visits, project meetings, and industry events.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Tendering & Contracts

  • Participate in bid preparation, cost estimation, and pricing strategy.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
