Job Title: Resident Engineer 132kV Substation (Site Execution)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site execution of 132kV substation works, including erection, testing, and commissioning of power transformers, circuit breakers, isolators, CTs/PTs, and protection panels.
- Supervise daily site activities, coordinate with contractors, and resolve field-level issues to ensure smooth progress.
- Review and interpret technical drawings such as SLDs, cable schedules, and layout plans for accurate implementation.
- Oversee HV cable laying, terminations, earthing, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Conduct and witness testing & commissioning of HV equipment; ensure adherence to IEC/IS standards and client specifications.
- ADDC/TRANSCO Experience is mostly preferrable.
Requirements:
- 715 years of experience in 132kV or above substation projects.
- Strong knowledge of HV equipment, installation procedures, and testing protocols.
- Experience coordinating with EPCs, utilities, and multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to enforce HSE standards and maintain site documentation
