Lead by example, Site Engineers and Junior Engineers, along with direct manpower, to ensure proper communication and sharing of the work plans between all his team, and also to ensure proper coordination with other teams to avoid any constraints that may affect the work plan.
Key Responsibilities
Understanding Electrical construction scope and objectives, involving all of his team and ensuring
technical feasibility, determine the different phases of a project and their different scheduling based on
baseline already established and shared by the construction manager
Implementing the method of statement and risk assessment required for his construction activities
Manage the relationship between his team and other site teams.
Proper Communication with Electrical subcontractors and any other necessary person(s)
Ensuring the availability of the equipment and materials required for construction activities.
Understanding and Execution of construction plans concerning site conditions to support the project
baseline schedule.
Ensure that issues that may arise during the execution of the plan, including weather conditions or other
emergencies that may pose a delay in the project completion, are reported and support the resolution method.
Ensure resource availability and allocate and source materials, equipment, and manpower for carrying
out assigned electrical construction work, ensuring its productivity and compliance.
Adopt and implement all company processes/procedures involved in construction.
Managing a group of working teams, allocating tasks to relevant personnel, and requesting to recruit a team
when the need arises.
Report and escalate to Construction Management as needed.
Measuring his construction team's performance using available tools and techniques
Job Requirement:
Bachelor of Engineering degree in the electrical discipline.
