Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Supervisor is located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical teams, monitoring electrical maintenance activities, ensuring the proper installation and maintenance of electrical equipment, and ensuring all work aligns with engineering standards and safety regulations. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills, including team management and work delegation in an electrical engineering context
• Proficiency in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting electrical systems
• In-depth knowledge of electricity and the ability to work with electrical engineering principles
• Experience with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in supervising electrical operations in construction or infrastructure projects is advantageous
• Experience in Construction Projects
• 10 Years + Experience in Kuwait
