Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, removal, and reinstatement activities in continuous-operation Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer plants.

Responsibilities

Supervise, direct, and guide electrical maintenance teams.
Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, removal, and reinstatement of electrical equipment.
Ensure correct tools, methods, and resources are used.
Inspect work quality and ensure corrective actions for identified faults.
Interpret technical drawings, layouts, P&IDs, datasheets, and related documents.
Support planning, scheduling, root-cause analysis, reporting, and record keeping.
Handle SAP EAM maintenance work orders.
Ensure compliance with PTW, HSEQ, and company safety procedures.

Requirements

Engineering Diploma in Electrical Trade (12+3 years).
Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Fertilizer industry.
Hands-on SAP EAM maintenance work-order experience.
Competency in communication, team management, and report writing.
Professional-level ability to read, write, and understand English.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong PTW/HSEQ knowledge and good safety record
