Job Description
- Supervise all electrical maintenance activities during the assigned shift.
- Lead a team of electrical technicians to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, MCCs, VFDs, transformers, and control panels.
- Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and company standards.
- Prepare shift reports and maintain maintenance records.
