Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Office Team Leader specializing in Fire Alarm systems, including Simplex, Notifier, and Light Current solutions. The role is located in Qesm El Nozha. The Technical Office Team Leader will oversee team management and leadership activities, provide guidance in troubleshooting technical systems, ensure timely project delivery, coordinate project workflows, and collaborate with the software development team when needed.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide, manage, and motivate team members effectively.
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting technical systems and resolving complex issues efficiently.
• Knowledge or experience in Software Development processes for integration with systems.
• Proficiency in Project Management to plan, execute, and deliver projects within deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with Fire Alarm systems, particularly Simplex and Notifier, is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Qesm El Nozha.
