Electrical Technician

Electrical Technicians are responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in group facilities. executing maintenance tasks in compliance with TPM principles, ensuring the operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all maintenance work is executed in full compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and

applicable regulations.

• Maintain compliance with local and national electrical codes, as well as site workplace safety standards.

• Carry out assigned maintenance activities under the direction of the Maintenance Associate/Supervisor.

• Execute electrical maintenance in alignment with TPM principles to support equipment reliability and

operational efficiency.

• Perform routine inspections and condition based/predictive checks to identify developing issues and prevent

unplanned downtime.

• Diagnose electrical control circuits faults using appropriate test methods and tools, and implement effective

corrective actions to restore normal operation.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, systems, and components in accordance with approved

safety practices.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams for effective troubleshooting.

• Support new equipment installation and approved electrical modifications, including cable pulling, glanding,

termination, and panel wiring.

• Assist with PLC and automation-related activities as assigned, including installation support for motor controls

and associated devices.

• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and reports

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: +3 years Proven experience in industrial machines electrical maintenance or a similar role.
