BG Global is recruiting for a reputed industrial organization with a strong legacy in recycling and a growing presence in corrugated packaging production in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Electrical Technician will support electrical maintenance and uptime of production equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive and predictive electrical maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults
- Install and maintain electrical systems and controls
- Ensure safety and operational efficiency
- Minimum 3 years experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working on corrugator & converting machines (BHS / Martin, Emba / Bobst or similar preferred)
- Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, motors, drives, and control circuits
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and safety compliance
