Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Junior Electrical Technician to join our maintenance team. This role is suitable for fresh diploma graduates who are interested in developing their skills in industrial electrical maintenance. The successful candidate will assist with routine maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and basic troubleshooting under the supervision of experienced technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the inspection and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
- Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Help with the installation and testing of electrical equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas.
- Report equipment issues or abnormalities to supervisors.
- Complete maintenance records and documentation as required.
- Participate in training and development programs.
Qualifications
Education
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or vocational training experience is an advantage
Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings and schematics.
