FM Engineer - Electromechanical

Language Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is necessary.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

• Master's Degree or Diploma is an advantage.

Experience

•Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Facilities Management, Operations, or Maintenance.

•At least 3 years of experience managing similar FM operations/projects within the GCC region.

•Experience in educational facilities, commercial buildings, or similar environments is preferred.

Technical Competencies

•Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including:

o Electrical Systems

o Control Systems

o ELV Systems

o Building Management Systems (BMS)

• Familiarity with building maintenance standards and regulations applicable in Qatar.

•Sound knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems and regulations.

Certifications

•KAHRAMAA Grade B Classification (preferred).

•QCDD Certified Engineer (preferred).

•Any additional FM, HSE, or Maintenance-related certifications will be an advantage.
