Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharjah for an Electro Mechanical Technician. The technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electro-mechanical systems and equipment used in the production facility. Daily tasks will involve conducting equipment inspections, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring machinery adheres to safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operation
• Experience with Corrective Maintenance and Troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve issues
• Knowledge of Electricity and related systems in industrial or farm equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a technical environment
• Prior experience in hydroponic farming or similar industries is an advantage
• Technical certification or diploma in Electro-Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field
