We are looking for a highly skilled and patient-focused Electrolysis & Laser Technician to join our clinical team. As part of the Banobagi brand, renowned for excellence in aesthetic medicine, you will play an essential role in delivering safe, precise, and premium-quality treatments. In this role, you will utilize advanced electrolysis and laser technologies to provide outstanding results while ensuring client safety, comfort, and satisfaction. A valid MOH license is mandatory. A Nursing license is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrolysis and laser hair removal treatments using high-grade, clinically approved equipment.
- Conduct detailed skin and hair evaluations to design personalized treatment plans.
- Provide clear pre- and post-treatment guidance to ensure optimal skin health and long-lasting results.
- Maintain a sterile, safe, and compliant clinical environment in line with MOH standards.
- Document all client treatments, progress, and follow-up plans with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Stay informed on aesthetic advancements, new technologies, and best-practice protocols.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and hospitality, reflecting Banobagi's commitment to safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with dermatologists, nurses, and the aesthetic team to support integrated treatment pathways.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MOH License for laser/electrolysis practice (mandatory).
- Certification in Laser Hair Removal, Electrolysis, or related aesthetic procedures.
- Prior experience in a dermatology clinic, aesthetic medical center, or premium spa.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, hair growth patterns, and treatment contraindications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and comfort with patients.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to clinical safety and patient satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, and weekends based on clinic operations.
- Nursing license is a plus and preferred.
