Responsibilities and job responsibilities of mechanical and electrical engineers

1 Core Responsibilities

1. Equipment full cycle management

Implement the installation, commissioning, and daily maintenance of production equipment, mechanical and electrical equipment (including machinery, circuits, pneumatic systems, etc.)

Develop equipment inspection plan, conduct hazard investigation and record operation status, establish and maintain database

Quickly diagnose and repair faulty equipment, analyze the causes of faults, and propose preventive improvement plans

2. Technical support and optimization

Participate in the selection, acceptance, and technical transformation of new equipment, optimize equipment performance and production line efficiency, calculate maintenance costs, develop spare parts procurement plans, and control maintenance expenses

3. Safety and regulatory management

Implement equipment safety operating procedures and regularly assess equipment operational risks (such as electrical safety, mechanical protection)

Cooperate with the enterprise's safety management system to ensure that equipment meets industry standards and environmental requirements
