Job Description
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire-fighting, elevator, and civil systems in buildings.
- Supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
- Monitor building operations, investigate equipment faults, and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Review and approve maintenance materials, spare parts, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Coordinate construction site activities, monitor work progress, and ensure adherence to approved drawings and project schedules.
- Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and coordinate with consultants and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Fluency in Arabic and good English communication skills are required; experience in maintenance contract management is preferred.
