Key Accountabilities
• Perform assembly of precision electronic circuits, sub-assemblies, and complete systems based on engineering drawings and instructions.
• Use hand tools, soldering tools, multimeters and inspection tools assemble components and circuit boards.
• Conduct testing, modifications, and troubleshooting of electronic systems during prototyping.
• Work closely with electronic design and fabrication teams to ensure parts fit and function as intended.
• Maintain assembly documentation, inspection records, and feedback reports.
• Ensure tools and workstations are maintained and follow safety and housekeeping standards.
• Assist in integration and testing of mechanical systems with electrical, mechanical or hydraulic components, as required.
Experience
• 3 -6 years of experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing or prototyping of electronic products.
Knowledge / Qualification
• Ability to read and interpret electronic drawings and BOMs.
• Skilled in handling all electronics related tools, fasteners, fittings, multimeters and electronics testing procedures.
• Familiarity with electronic inspection tools and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience manufacturing precision electronic PCB, sensors and systems
• Experience manufacturing cable harness assemblies for aerospace or defense related products.
• Understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, or electromechanical systems.
