  • Rate: USD 60110 / hour

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Eligibility Interviewer to contribute as a subject matter expert in government programs. In this role, you will help create, organize, and annotate realistic datasets that reflect the nuances of eligibility interviews. Your work will directly support the development and refinement of AI systems used in the government programs sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on eligibility interviews for government assistance programs.
  • Develop, review, and annotate datasets for AI training purposes.
  • Design workflows, interview questions, and example case studies to capture real-world complexities.
  • Label and organize documentation related to eligibility determination, client communication, and procedural compliance.
  • Collaborate with AI and data teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance of training materials.
  • Identify edge cases and nuances to improve the diversity and robustness of AI datasets.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, data integrity, and adherence to privacy standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience as an Eligibility Interviewer or in a similar role within government programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to create clear, structured, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills for managing complex information sets.
  • Comfort with remote collaboration and digital productivity tools.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, data privacy, and security.
  • Initiative, curiosity, and dedication to process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects.
  • Familiarity with multiple government program eligibility requirements and case management systems.
  • Experience training or mentoring others in eligibility interview best practices.
