Accountabilities and Key Roles:
- Drive acquisition and net growth of the Elite customer base.
- Grow the liabilities book with a focus on CASA and balance sustainability.
- Expand assets under management.
- Increase average balance per customer and overall wallet share.
- Strengthen primary banking relationships with high-value clients.
- Ensure achievement of assigned financial and non-financial targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop RMs and ARMs to achieve high performance standards.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct regular performance and portfolio reviews.
- Ensure clear role alignment between RMs and ARMs.
- Promote a client-centric, performance-driven culture.
- Identify training needs and support talent development.
- Ensure delivery of Elite Banking service standards.
- Drive proactive client engagement.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address gaps.
- Oversee handling and resolution of customer complaints.
- Ensure full compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and updated client documentation.
- Address audit findings and compliance issues promptly.
- Act as escalation point for operational and compliance matters.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 Years of experience in banking relationship management.
Competencies:
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent relationship management abilities.
- Proven people management experience.
- Strong understanding of banking products and financial markets.
- High customer-centric mindset.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (where applicable).
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking systems.
