Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for an Elite Off-Plan Client Advisor serving Italian, Russian, or German-speaking clients. The advisor will engage with prospective and existing clients, presenting off-plan real estate opportunities, explaining project features, investment potential, and purchasing processes in a clear and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include managing client portfolios, conducting property consultations, following up on inquiries, coordinating viewings and meetings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role involves collaborating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and mortgage services to ensure seamless end-to-end client experiences and support successful transactions. The advisor is expected to meet sales targets, uphold high standards of client service and satisfaction, and represent PSI's brand values in all interactions.
Qualifications
  • Strong client relations and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term trust and repeat business.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities, including active listening and clear, professional verbal and written interaction.
  • Basic understanding of insurance concepts related to property and investment, or willingness to learn.
  • Fluency in Italian, Russian, or German, plus strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in real estate, property advisory, or a related sales or client-facing role in the UAE or similar markets.
  • Knowledge of off-plan property sales, investment fundamentals, and the local real estate landscape is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage a dynamic workload, and meet defined sales and performance targets.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
