THE MISSION
We provide the leads; you provide the signature. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will own the Consult-to-Close journey, transforming premium inquiries into high-margin revenue.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Close at Scale: Convert high-quality inbound inquiries into physical appointments and closed deals.
- Maximize the Deal: We don't just sell cars; we sell the full lifestyle. You will drive high penetration rates for Value Added Services (VAS) including Finance, Insurance.
- CRM Discipline: We live and breathe CRM. You will manage your pipeline with surgical precisionif it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen.
- Collaborate for the Win: Work alongside our Retention Specialists and Sales Ops Managers to ensure every Be-Back lead is hunted and closed.
