The position is within the ELV Operations Department and will support the Operations Manager in daily operational activities.
The primary responsibility is to assist in Testing & Commissioning (T&C) field operations, supporting engineers, technicians, and clients to ensure successful execution and timely project delivery in compliance with contractual and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing Testing & Commissioning activities for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, BMS, etc.).
- Support in preparing and reviewing testing and commissioning plans as per project requirements.
- Assist in ensuring all ELV systems meet contractual and technical specifications.
- Support the preparation of testing documentation and reports prior to submission.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth field operations.
- Assist in monitoring site activities and ensuring compliance with project schedules.
- Support cost tracking and daily reporting activities as directed by the Operations Manager.
- Prepare and submit project timesheets in line with company procedures.
- Support the implementation of HSE policies and safety programs.
- Participate in safety meetings and awareness activities.
- Assist in site inspections and ensure subcontractor compliance with safety standards.
Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in ELV Testing & Commissioning.
- Experience in hotel and/or high-rise building projects is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of ELV systems and T&C procedures.
- Understanding of project documentation and reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and within deadlines.
