Role Description
- Accountable for project delivery, ensuring high profitability, customer satisfaction, and hands-on technology training for clients.
- Project Implementation: Plan and execute project implementation phases, conduct SLA assessments, review Scope of Service (SOS).
- Leadership & Development: Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and build skill matrices/certification plans to foster continuous team growth.
- Technical Supervision: Participate in project kick-offs, monitor system performance, handle complex troubleshooting, and manage vendor/partner relations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead technical teams, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage client expectations and maintain positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to coach team members and support knowledge transfer on ELV systems and procedures.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear coordination with clients, internal stakeholders, and field teams.
- Relevant experience in ELV systems ( CCTV, access control, fire alarm, network infrastructure,Milestone, KNX, Hikvision, Dahua, Access Control and Fire Systems.) and on-site project supervision.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunications, electronics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and apply relevant standards and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in ELV systems and service supervision.
