Email Designer

We're Hiring: Email Designer (Remote)

We're an email marketing agency specialising in eCommerce brands across skincare, wellness, and fashion. Our clients are direct-to-consumer brands who care deeply about aesthetics, and we hold ourselves to the same standard.

We're looking for a talented, detail-oriented Email Designer to join our remote team and work across a portfolio of exciting client projects.

About the Role

You'll be designing email campaigns and automated flows in Figma, working closely with our team to bring each brand's identity to life across their email channel. You'll be expected to understand branding guidelines, conduct visual research, and consistently deliver polished, on-brand work.

What You'll Be Working On

• Designing email campaigns and automated flows for our clients
• Interpreting and applying client branding guidelines
• Conducting visual research and creating mood boards
• Collaborating with the team via Slack and Asana

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Figma, this is a must
• Proven experience in email design
• Familiarity with Klaviyo and basic HTML
• Understanding of digital design best practices, branding, and marketing
• Organised, proactive, and punctual with a keen eye for modern design
• Excellent attention to detail

Working Hours

UK Time (BST): Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM

Philippines Time (PHT): Mon–Fri, 3PM–12AM
