Position : Embryologist

Department: Para Medical / Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform IVF, ICSI, embryo biopsy, embryo transfer support, and cryopreservation procedures.
- Process and evaluate oocytes, sperm, and embryos according to established protocols.
- Monitor embryo development and maintain accurate laboratory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality control and quality assurance standards.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain specialized embryology laboratory equipment.
- Collaborate closely with fertility consultants, nurses, and laboratory professionals.
- Maintain aseptic techniques and laboratory safety protocols.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the ART laboratory.
- Participate in laboratory audits, accreditation activities, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Support clinical research and implementation of advanced reproductive technologies.
Key Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's Degree in:
- Medical Laboratory Science
- Applied Science
- Biology
- Medical Science
- Human Embryology or related field
- DHA Embryologist Valid Liscense Holder
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Embryology and/or Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) laboratory.
- Hands-on experience with IVF and ICSI procedures.
- Experience in embryo culture and cryopreservation techniques.
- Familiarity with laboratory quality management systems.
