Job Description

Strategic Role

1. Controls the day-to-day business aspects of the BCMS development and implementation in coordination with BCMS Working Group

2. Responsible for maintaining the BCMS documented information.

Operational Roles

1. Perform/Update Business Impact analysis, Risk Assessment and Strategies

2. Coordinate all activities relevant to the Business Impact Analysis exercise(s).

3. Coordinate all activities relevant to the Risk Assessment exercise(s)

4. Support the core business and support functions for determining recovery priorities and identifying possible threats

5. Analyze the results of the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment performed

6. Coordinate all activities to identify/assess business continuity recovery strategies

7. Maintain an up to date business continuity plans Maintain Crisis Management, Incident Response, Emergency Response, Communication plans

8. Coordinate all activities relevant to developing/updating business continuity plans/ITDR plans

9. Exercise, test and review the business continuity plans

10. Plan exercising/testing activities and prepare the exercising/testing calendar

11. Coordinate all activities relevant to exercising and testing

12. Review and identify the changes required to the BCMS documented information based on exercising/testing results

13. Review, maintain and improve the BCMS

14. Coordinate self-assessment exercises

15. Coordinate performance evaluation (KPI monitoring) exercises to assess the BCMS effectiveness

16. Coordinate internal/external audits/reviews

Requirements

Qualification and Education Requirements:

Minimum:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Risk Management or IT from a recognized university.

• ISO 22301 relevant certifications

Minimum Experience/Skills Required:

▪ 5-7 years of experience in Business Administration/ Business Continuity Management/Risk Management or relevant fields

▪ Experience in Tax Operations is a plus

▪ Deep knowledge of ISO 22301 standards

▪ Prior experience in interacting with Senior Management

▪ Excellent capability to understand the business problems and effectively communicate to IT stakeholders
