About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team. The EMT will provide pre-hospital emergency care, ensure patient safety, and support medical teams during transport and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide immediate medical care
- Assess patient condition and administer appropriate treatment or first aid
- Safely transport patients to medical facilities while monitoring vital signs
- Operate and maintain medical equipment and ambulance supplies
- Document patient information, treatment given, and incident reports accurately
- Collaborate effectively with paramedics, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Follow all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:- Valid EMT certification/license
- Prior experience as an EMT or in pre-hospital emergency care preferred
- Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle demanding situations
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working in a hospital or ambulance service environment
- Familiarity with DOH (Department of Health) regulations in the UAE
