What You'll Do
- Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities
- Nurture early-stage opportunities through the sales funnel
- Conduct outbound cold calling across existing customers and break into net new logos within your assigned territories
- Identify key decision makers within target account
- Create an exceptional first impression for prospects and customer
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing customers through creative follow-up communication
- Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities
- Log and manage prospect information in Salesforce CRM
- Build product knowledge through regular training session
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to help optimise revenue
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer driven role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with creative, out-of-the-box thinking
- Experience in account planning, prospecting, and cold calling across a mix of net-new and existing accounts
- Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent year-over-year quota attainment
- Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the sales teams you support
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload, and maximise efficienciency
- Active listening skills to understand and respond to prospect nee
