About the Opportunity

We are seeking motivated Emirati fresh graduates who are eager to build strong foundations in customer service, coordination, and administrative operations. The role offers hands-on learning, exposure to internal processes, and the chance to work closely with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily administrative and customer support activities

Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism

Assist in preparing reports, documents, and internal communication

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

Provide front-desk or customer service support when required

Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related fields

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused attitude and professionalism

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
