ROLE SUMMARY
The role provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive, ensuring effective time management, seamless coordination, and high-quality preparation of reports and materials. This role goes beyond traditional diary management and includes ownership of recurring reporting cycles, data consolidation, executive presentations, and cross-functional coordination to enable informed decision-making.
ROLE PROFILE
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and handling confidential correspondence.
- Prepare agendas, pre-read materials, and follow up on action items to ensure effective meeting outcomes.
- Manage recurring reporting cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and ensure timely consolidation of data from multiple business units.
- Track KPIs, validate data accuracy, and proactively flag gaps or inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, Operations, and other departments to ensure timely submission of reporting inputs.
- Prepare high-quality executive presentations, board decks, briefing notes, and business review materials.
- Maintain structured documentation, filing systems, expense processing, and administrative records.
- Act as a liaison between the Executive and stakeholders, supporting cross-functional initiatives and tracking milestones and deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2 to 3 years experience supporting senior executives.
- Proven experience in preparing management reports and executive-level presentations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
