Role Purpose
As a Graduate at Majid Al Futtaim Properties – Asset Management Business Unit, you will join on 18- months program and will have an on-the-job rotations within Marketing. You will have the opportunity to undergo a comprehensive training program that will provide you with a solid foundation in the shopping malls industry and work in various functions within the company, gaining valuable hands-on experience and exposure.

Role Purpose
As a Graduate at Majid Al Futtaim Properties – Asset Management Business Unit, you will join on 18- months program and will have an on-the-job rotations within Marketing. Key Accountabilities
- Six-month generalist rotations within support / business areas and twelve-months specific placement in Marketing that will provide you with specialist knowledge of our operations.
- Support with the day-to-day operations.
- Support with project management and development and do presentations.
- Participate on business challenges.
- Gain knowledge, practical exposure, and experience.
- Participate in all assigned development programmes.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the shopping malls industry.
- Ability to work effectively across the organization to guarantee the future success.
- Develop teamwork and maximize team performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting
- Recent graduate from 2023 onwards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Good prioritizing, organizational and time management abilities.
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
