Emirati Talent - Legal Counsel

Novus Executives are working alongside a global investor who are looking to add an Emirati legal counsel in the United Arab Emirates.

With multiple strategies this investor focusses on a broad array of sectors and although this position is based in the United Arab Emirates, their activity extends across global markets, especially the US.

They are looking for a commercial lawyer to cover corporate advisory, regulatory, employment matters and a broad range of commercial contract work e.g. SaaS, supplier and vendor agreements etc.

The scope of this role is broad and it is vital that you can handle a varied workload.

To be considered for the role you must have 5 years experience, either from a similar inhouse role or in a commercial/technology team of a law firm.
